Welcome to Dodo, an AI receptionist software designed to assist veterinary clinics and specialty practices in managing client communication and administrative tasks. By accessing or using Dodo (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. 1. Introduction
Dodo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application designed to streamline communication and administrative workflows in veterinary and specialty clinics. By using Dodo, you agree to these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dodo (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Eligibility
To use Dodo, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with us. By using Dodo, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of Dodo.
6. Fees and Payment
Subscription Plans: Dodo offers various subscription plans. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any taxes as described on our website.
Billing: Subscription fees will be billed automatically at the start of the billing period. Your subscription will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel it. You must provide a valid payment method to pay the subscription fees.
Refunds: Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Any refunds provided will be at our sole discretion.
Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide notice of any fee changes through the Service or via email.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dodo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Dodo or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Dodo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Dodo will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Dodo.
